What industry do you operate in ?

Upon request we can provide any type of candidates but we are mainly focus on:Health Segment: doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses and care assistants;Light and Heavy Industry: drivers, electricians, welders, plumbers, CNC operators, construction workers, etcHospitality: waiters, bartenders, chefs, housekeepers, receptionist, restaurant managers, etc.

How do you screen candidates?

The process of screening at WE begins with the way we train our recruiters. All of our recruiters select an area of technical focus and immerse themselves in that market to learn all that they can about the technical concepts in that area. They belong to the same technical associations to which our consultants belong, and attend meetings where they are able to see the technologies first-hand and learn more about them.

Although our recruiters are not "techies", they are given the tools they need to understand the technical concepts and the markets. Armed with this knowledge, our recruiting staff is capable of remarkably accurate screening. In addition, if there is any doubt of the qualifications of a candidate, we employ the services of one of our similarly skilled staff consultants for additional screening.

Can I see resumes? Can I interview? Who schedules the interviews?

We encourage our clients to work with our staff to determine the best match of temporary employee to your assignment request. Therefore, you are welcome to review resumes for potential candidates, interview candidates for evaluating fit, and of course the WE staff coordinates the entire interview for you!We can also organize video interviews or for large number of candidates we are organizing Job Fairs, everything on our own expenses.

What is happening if I'm not happy with the people you bring in ?

Thanks to our large pool of candidates, we are able to offering free replacement in a few days terms. Two weeks of trial period are also provided.

Can I post Jobs on this web site? How much does it cost ?

Yes, you can use our integrated only software to advertise your vacancies on our websites network. Our Consultants will assist you through this process and help you to publish the add in the most effective way. This service is free of charge for our clients.

How soon can I have the people I'm interested in?

First we have to identify your needs to be sure that we will come to you with the right candidates. At this point you have to provide us a detailed job description including all the specific information you want us to deliver to the candidates.After our Consultants collected all the necessary information, we can provide you the first candidate in terms of a few days and up to two weeks!

What is a temporary to permanent position?

A temporary employee will sometimes be offered a permanent position within the company they are working for. If this is the case then the recruitment agency may charge the employer a finding fee. However, this payment might not be applied if the temp has been employed with a company for a set period of time.

Do I need work experience to find a job with a recruitment agency?

Work experience and qualifications will open up more doors when it comes to job offers from a recruitment agency. Agencies will try their best to match up your qualifications and experience to the clients (employers) they use. School leavers with minimal experience may still find recruitment agencies helpful and agencies do have facilities that can be used to train up employees in basic administration and computer skills.But the labor market in our days is very demanding and each employer wants to hire the best of the best. Our consultants will teach you how to sell yourself and catch the most suitable job position for your career.

Why not just apply for jobs directly?

There is always the option to apply for jobs directly with employers. However, agencies do have a wide number of employers who will only use recruitment agencies to find their employees. Some employers will not advertise using traditional methods but will leave recruitment up to the agencies. Employees through agencies have usually been vetted and employers recognize they are getting a high standard of candidate. Many employees also work as temporary workers through agencies while looking for their ideal job.

How do I sent my resume ?

You don't need to send us your resume. All you have to do is to build your resume using our customized online resume builder and our Consultants will be back to you shortly.

What is the registration process?

You will need to register with our company before we can find work for you. The registration process will usually take up to one hour include filling out forms containing work experience, qualifications, and personal details. Our customized builder resume includes a short interview and it will also allow you to upload at your application any documents we think could convince an employer to hire you: diplomas, qualifications, references, pictures from working place or any other document you consider relevant.

Will I receive an acknowledgement receipt of my application to fill a vacancy?

WE is NOT able to acknowledge receipt of any applications, due to the high numbers of responses to the posts published.Please note that due to the large volume of applications only candidates selected for interviews will be notified. If you are not invited to interview, there was simply many more qualified candidates. Instead, to ensure reception of your application, we strongly recommend you, to send your application by registered post. Only applicants invited for an interview will be informed by an e-mail or phone and e-mail, as applicable.

What should I do if my job duties are different than those that were described to me?
